This is a really quick look at the retouching process typical of the fashion or cosmetics industries. The image is transformed from a off-camera jpeg (this example shot is from istockphoto) to a very high key image typical of the industry. Personally I’m happiest with the work at around the 14 second mark, but often the client isn’t really looking for a natural or even nearly natural outcome!
